Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
    • The product/service was not delivered as per the agreement.
    • The product/service received is substantially different from the description provided at the time of purchase.
  2. Requesting a Refund
    If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product/service.
    To request a refund, please send an email to amvueinnovations@gmail.com or hello@amvueinnovations.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Refund Processing
    Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
    If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellations
    • Cancellations can only be made before the product/service has been delivered.
    • Once a product/service has been delivered or accessed, cancellation will not be possible.
  2. Cancellation by Amvue Innovations LLP
    We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or issues with payment processing. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
