Our journey begins with a monochromatic snapshot of our lives, where the dynamics of the boss-employee relationship and the toxic environment failed to align with our aspirations. We yearned for an environment that valued ideas and knowledge above mere experience, recognizing that while experience holds merit, it does not define one's true capabilities. We believed in the necessity of a setting that offered flexibility, a homely atmosphere, and fostered teamwork.

This belief sparked the inception of our startup.

In January 2018, our vision began to materialize. We formed our own team, christening it "Smallants." Gradually, step by step, we embarked on our journey in October 2018, setting up our operations in the house of one of our members, Ananta. Armed with four laptops, a team of six dedicated individuals, and an abundance of stress, we pressed forward.

Let's face it, ladies and gentlemen, embarking on a startup venture is no laughing matter!

Our elation knew no bounds when we acquired our very first client. However, the project's outcome did not fully meet our expectations. Nonetheless, this initial endeavor instilled in us the confidence that we possessed the capability to forge our own path. From 2020 onwards, we began amassing more clients, leaving them awestruck by our work. Eventually, a trademark issue necessitated a change in our brand name, and thus we became "Amvue," known officially as Amvue Innovation LLP.

The rebranding proved to be a game-changer, empowering us to new heights. Within a span of four years, we have welcomed over 45 clients into our ever-growing family, with whom we maintain enduring partnerships. Working with such a diverse clientele has been instrumental in our continuous learning and growth.

So, dear friends, the moral of our story is this: with unwavering determination and indomitable spirit, one can transcend mediocrity and emerge as a force to be reckoned with.
